GoCo Aged Care

We Care Disability Services (Quirindi) can provide local aged care services around the Liverpool Plains region, through its partnership with GoCo. GoCo is an approved provider of Home Care Packages and holds funding for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

Once you have been assessed through My Aged Care and approved a Home Care Package, GoCo would develop a support plan including a package of services. Your GoCo Support Facilitator would liaise with We Care Disability Services (Quirindi) and other local providers to coordinate suitable services in accordance with your approved Home Care Package level budget and your individual needs and preferences.

Aged Care services provided by We Care Disability Services (Quirindi) to GoCo Home Care Package clients include:

• domestic assistance

• social support

• flexible respite

• personal care

• registered nursing
